This policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website buyzioa.sbs. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces or resellers.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Refunds or returns are allowed within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened (unless the item was defective or incorrect), and in its original packaging (including tags, seals, and inserts).
  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g. juices, fresh produce) are eligible only if there is an issue with quality, damage, or discrepancy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Some products are exempt from refunds or returns unless damaged or defective:

  • Sale items or those marked as clearance are final sale.
  • Health and safety items such as hand sanitizers (unless defective).
  • Consumables that have been opened and used are not eligible for a refund due to contamination risk.
  • Gift vouchers, downloadable goods, and custom or personalized items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or video proof.
  3. Our team will confirm receipt and advise whether to return the item or whether we’ll issue replacement instructions.

Once verified, we’ll offer you either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement at no extra charge.
    We’ll also cover return shipping costs for valid claims of damage or error.

4. Return Process for Eligible Items

If you’re returning eligible, non-perishable items under the 30-day window:

  1. Log into your account at Buy Zioa and navigate to “My Orders.”
  2. Find the order, select the item(s) to return, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely with the RMA number included.
  4. Use the prepaid shipping label provided, or ship it to our returns address (provided in your RMA confirmation).

Once we receive and inspect the item, expect the refund or replacement to be processed within 5 business days.


5. Refund Methods & Timeline

Refunds are issued via:

  • The original payment method (preferred), or
  • Store credit (if declined).

Once processed, refunds typically reach your account in:

  • 3–5 business days for credit/debit cards, or
  • 5–7 business days for bank transfers.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.


6. Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit in select scenarios:

  • If the item is out of stock and can’t be replaced, you’ll be offered:
    • An exchange to a similar item, or
    • Store credit equal to the item’s purchase value.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date and can be used site-wide unless otherwise specified.

7. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund if done before shipping.
  • Once shipped, standard return policy applies (see Section 4).
  • Contact our support team ASAP if you need to cancel; we’ll do our best to assist.

8. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping is free for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For customer-initiated returns of non-defective items:
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    • If using your own shipping method, ensure items are trackable and insured; we cannot refund shipping fees.
